QA/QC Introduction
Our main raw materials are as follows: frame -- aluminum; covering -- PE rattan; cushion -- cotton/polyester and foam; accessories -- feet caps, bumpers, logos and hangtags, and table top -- glass. We apply AQL methodology to all our quality checks, ranging from IQC (Incoming Quality Check), IPQC (In-process Quality Check) to OQC (Outgoing Quality Check). In addition, we also have a QA (Quality Assurance) Specialist to follow up on quality corrections and carry out quality assurance procedures on a daily basis. Quality: it's a word you hear a lot around Yiming. In fact, it's kind of an obsession for us. We think about it constantly. The quality of our staff, the quality of our work, the quality of our reports, the quality of our service, the quality of our lives - in everything we do, we want our quality to be the best. And then, when we are absolutely certain that it is the best, we want it to be even better.
